XM's blues channel is going to be directed by "Bubba" Jackson and Bill Wax, host of the "Blues Plate Special" in Washington D.C. Mr. Jackson was the President and founder of Radio+Music Productions. He's also done some on-air work with KLON and KPCC in Los Angeles and was the producer for the Los Angeles BLUES4U Festival.
